Facilitated an onsite UX/Usability Workshop for the Riverside County Office of Education, overseeing the development and launch of a tailored website featuring custom forms and applications designed to streamline onboarding processes for local schools and education facilities. Provided comprehensive post-launch support to ensure continued success.

Worked with stakeholders and community board members to research, design and develop the custom Intranet Portal for the in-suite integrated computer systems provided in each hotel room and business center of the La Bellasera hotel property. Later became the HR/Contracts/IT manager for the property as an operations consultant.

Worked with stakeholders to assess priority of National Council’s five-year strategic plan, while providing additional action items and goals. Designed and wireframed an accessible, user-friendly landing page with a unique parallax design. Conducted QA testing to ensure functionality, responsiveness, and presentation before stakeholder review and launch.

Collaborated closely with the client to strategize, structure, and implement updates and enhancements across nine Walman Instruments product umbrella websites, utilizing weekly meetings and data analysis. Managed and updated the product database and store catalog, ensuring seamless client account access and product shipment.

Led the development and launch of a custom website for the Town of Vail, CO, featuring unique API integrations for parking and town structures to provide accurate, real-time information for visitors and residents. Managed the project entirely remotely, ensuring seamless collaboration and usability. Provided comprehensive post-launch support to maintain optimal functionality and user experience.

Managed the hands-on implementation of a state-of-the-art website development and launch for Middlesex County, NJ, following reassignment from Junior Project Manager to expand technical scope. Oversaw high-end platform integrations to ensure alignment and client requests and project scope, delivering a seamless and innovative digital experience. Provided comprehensive post-launch support to maintain performance and usability.

Led an onsite UX/Usability workshop for the City of Newton managed their website redesign and launch, provided post-launch support as a Project Manager.

Led an onsite UX/Usability workshop for the Fremont Police Department, managing the development and launch of a customized website within an expedited 6-month timeline, in response to legislative mandates from the State of California. The project, originally planned for 9-12 months, included custom forms and applications to support department needs and ensure WCAG compliance. Provided ongoing post-launch support to maintain functionality and effectiveness, which included partnerships for the new Intranet website build and additional public and intranet sites for the City of Fremont and Fire Department.

Managed the full scope of the National Behavioral Health Network (NBHN) website redesign project, including wireframe, design, UX, content and accessibility build, while providing hands-on support to ensure timely and successful launch. Provided post-launch support and analytics reporting for user engagement and additional site enhancements.
